San Mateo County joins the state and country in celebrating Mental Health Month  every May. This year’s theme, #SMCTakeAction4MH, encourages everyone to take actionable steps towards supporting mental wellness. Over the past two years, the pandemic has been especially challenging for many of us. Your mental health is more important than ever.
